Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

We use a small amount of fragrance, as scent is part of the overall user experience for us. However, we choose consciously and carefully.
Do you have sensitive skin or do you react quickly to fragrances? Then always check the INCI list on the product page. This way you can assess for yourself whether a product suits your skin.
Not every type of alcohol has the same function. In our face creams, we use nourishing fatty alcohols, such as cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, and cetearyl alcohol.
These ingredients are often used to improve the texture of a cream and contribute to a soft, well-cared-for skin feel. Therefore, these are not the drying types of alcohol such as alcohol denat.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged , you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used , you are eligible for a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged , and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
Use the Rooibos Face Scrub preferably once a week. Apply a small amount to damp skin and gently massage over your face and neck with circular movements.
Avoid the skin around your eyes and do not apply hard pressure. Then rinse with water.
The scrub fits well into your weekly skincare routine, for example before your mask.

We renew our registration annually to ensure our products continue to meet the trademark's requirements.
No, our Rooibos Face Scrub does not contain microplastics. We use perlite and cranberry particles for a gentle exfoliation experience.
This leaves your skin feeling smoother and fresher, without plastic scrubbing particles.
We consciously choose recyclable sugarcane plastic. We also keep our packaging as simple and recognizable as possible.
By not constantly opting for new shapes, colors, or unnecessary variations, we reduce waste and ensure our packaging remains clear and functional.
