1) Iced Tea with Lemon & Mint
What you need

1 litre water

3 rooibos tea bags

1 tbsp honey or agave syrup

Juice of ½ lemon

Fresh mint
How to make it
Steep the tea in hot water (5 min), add honey and lemon juice. Let cool, serve over plenty of ice with a sprig of mint.

2) Peach–Rooibos Spritzer
What you need

500 ml strong rooibos (cooled)

500 ml sparkling water

100 ml peach juice (fresh or bottled)

Peach slices and ice cubes
How to make it
Combine everything in a large jug. Serve over lots of ice; add mint or rosemary for extra aroma.

3) Rooibos with Ginger & Orange
What you need

750 ml rooibos tea

2 thin slices fresh ginger

Juice of ½ orange

1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Orange slices to garnish
How to make it
Steep the tea with the ginger. Add orange juice and syrup. Chill well and serve cold.
